Responsbilites

1) Answering office calls

2) Translating, sorting, categorizing and archiving documents

3) Clients reception

4) Organization and coordination of activities

5) Collecting and sorting data and information

 

Requirements

1) German University undergraduate and postgraduate major in engineering, economics, finance and related majors, consultants with internship experience is preferred

2) Excellent academic performance and serious and responsible work attitude

3) Actively take initiative and willing to work under pressure and challenges

4) Proficient in German. English and other European languages is preferred

5) Familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other software on data analysis

6) Currently in Dusseldorf or nearby cities is preferred
